Maretta is a source for fine, Summer items; for the season itself or for warm weather trips. Although we are constantly on the look out for new, chic items to enhance your enjoyment of Summer, currently all collections are imported from Italy.
Returns 15-Day Guarantee:
Maretta offers high quality brand names to our customers. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 15 days of receipt. We will refund you for the original purchase price, and tax (if any) minus the shipping. Please let us know the reason for your return, so that we may serve you better in the future.
How to Make a Return:
1. Contact us via email to obtain a return authorization number at marettadesign@aol.com.
2. Please place the unused item in its original packaging or other suitable shipping box with protective wrap or padding inside to protect the items. Also please include a note with the reason for return. Write the authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship your product via your prefered insured method: USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and you are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
3. Once merchandise is received in original, good condition a refund to your credit card will be issued.
Note: Maretta cannot accept the return of any item for refund with an indication that it has been used.
Items Arrived Damaged:
Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product, or if unavailable, we will refund your purchase price.
Shipping Error:
If you have received the incorrect item, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us immediately concerning the error, and we will ship out the correct item as soon as possible. Please contact us via email only: marettadesign@aol.com to arrange for pick-up. You will not be charged any additional freight for the re-shipment or for the return of the product.
Returning a Gift:
If you are returning a gift, please contact us via email at marettadesign@aol.com. We can either offer you online store credit, once we receive the merchandise in good condition, or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
Taxes:
Maretta withholds sales taxes for purchases shipped to any location in New York State. The rate of sales tax imposed will be that of New York City, 8.375%.
