 "Egyptian Cotton" is a general classification for the strong, lustrous long staple cotton produced in the Nile River Valley. Egyptian cotton is amongst the world's finest quality cotton. It tends to have a long life because of the length and strength of the fiber, and it also tends to feel better and softer with continued use.
